Made in the USA by a team of highly skilled fragrance and candles makers, with clean-burning, vegan, soy blend wax and premium fragrance oils.

WHAT ABOUT THE PACKAGING?

Our candle boxes and labels are printed in Canada with water-based inks on FSC-certified stock. All components are recyclable.

WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY EMPTY ORANGE GLASS?

We encourage you to repurpose the orange glass - it's food- and dishwasher-safe, and we think it will make a bright addition to your drink ware! We put together some tips on how to clean the glass for reuse here.

We do our best to ship orders promptly. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

To request a change or cancellation, please e-mail us at hello@nosedive.co within one (1) hour of placing your order. 

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP? WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

All orders are processed and shipped from our Montreal-area warehouse using Canada Post. Please contact us if you wish for us to use a different carrier for your order.

All shipping times listed on our site are estimated by the carrier and Nosedive Industries Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees, if applicable, in the occurrence of a rejected or undeliverable package.

A tracking number will be provided via e-mail as soon as your order ships.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship worldwide! International orders are handled by Canada Post until they are handed over to the postal service in the destination country. Please contact us if you wish for us to use a different carrier for your order.

Customers are responsible for duty charges, as well as reshipping fees for rejected or returned packages.

A tracking number will be provided via e-mail as soon as your order ships.

WHAT'S WITH THE SHIPPING FEES?

Shipping is ex-pen-siiive nowadays, so to alleviate some of that charge, we decided to meet you guys half way and cover some of the cost. We set up a flat fee system that goes like this:

Shipping to Canada:
- Standard shipping (3 to 9 business days), $7.00 CAD
- Express shipping (1 to 2 business days), $14.00 CAD
- Free Standard shipping for orders $100.00 CAD +

Shipping to the USA:
- Standard shipping (4 to 8 business days), $10.00 USD
- Express shipping (2 to 3 business days), $25.00 USD
- Free Standard shipping for orders $100.00 USD +

We unfortunately cannot offer this for international orders. International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving an order.

To initiate the return process, contact us at hello@nosedive.co with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason(s) for the return request. A Return Authorization number (RA number) will then be provided to you with return instructions.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns without a valid RA number or if they do not meet the following terms - items must be returned unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received by you.

Nosedive does not offer free shipping on returns unless the product arrives damaged or the wrong item(s) is shipped to you. Please be sure to contact hello@nosedive.co to advise us of any damages or wrong items received. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping so you can track your return delivery when returning item(s) with your own label.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund will be applied to the original form of payment within 14 days of receipt of item(s) to our warehouse.

We do not offer Exchanges. Should you wish to receive an exchange of the product, please initiate a return and place a new online order.
